A fanzine, or zine, is an art project focused on a theme made by a team of people (usually fans!). It normally includes fanart, fanfic, merch, and more!
🟦 What is this zine about?
This zine is about celebrating the awesomeness of pixel art via One Piece! We would love to have a mix of pixel art of characters, creatures, locations, etc. from One Piece!
🟦 Is this project for charity or for profit?
This will be determined by our Interest Check.
🟦 Is shipping allowed?
This will be determined by the Interest Check.
🟦 Is AI allowed?
NO. No AI will be allowed in the creation of ANY part of this project.
🟦 What is the schedule of the project?

Guidelines
🟦 How do I join this project?
We will be having contributor applications in June. Please check back for more updates!
🟦 Artist Guidelines:
Artists will be expected to create one size roughly A5 portrait artwork, or a size A4 spread, or in the same rough aspect ratio as an A4. Official specs to be determined after the Interest Check. We will be looking at colors, shapes, background, and piece composition in your portfolios. One Piece art samples encouraged but not mandatory.
🟦 Writer Guidelines:
We are looking for 1-3 writers! We encourage One Piece samples in your portfolio, but it is not mandatory. Writers will be expected to create 1-2 short "Choose Your Own Adventure" like pieces (like you'd find in a video game), approximately 500 words in length. We will be looking for proper grammar, characterization, and story cohesion in your samples. Samples must be a max of 500 words.
🟦 Merch Artist Guidelines:
We are looking for 3-5 merch artists to create a variety of merch from stickers, to charms, to pins, and more! We would love to see merch mock-ups in your portfolio. While we would prefer to see One Piece examples, it is not mandatory.
